Hey, everyone, a cool thing about NY state I bet most of you don’t know about is OPWDD. 

OPWDD=Office for people with developmental disability. 

So if you or a loved one you know have intellectual disabilities, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, autism spectrum disorders, and other neurological impairments you can contact them for FREE services. It is a government agency and they will charge you nothing. And the law of the land is if you are a person with a developmental disability you are entitled to Medicaid aka the free insurance.
