It’s kind of getting to a point where people are starting to think that terfs and exclusion are on the same bar as one another. Excluding ace discourse, I’ve seen people cry terf rhetoric for people saying trans men shouldn’t call themselves lesbians, for people that kinksters aren’t LGBT, pretty anything that involves kicking people out of spaces.

It’s getting to a point where blogs dedicated to calling out radfems and terfs to “protect” trans women, will turn around and accuse trans women of being terfs simply for having opinions related to exclusion

I’ve even seen misguided folks claim that “biphobes who want to kick bi women out and terfs are exactly the same”. Like yes it’s generally agreed that both of those people are genuinely nasty with toxic mindsets, but it’s so simple to reduce TERFs to just “people who wanna exclude others”.

Terfs don’t just want to exclude trans women. They want to hurt them, misgender them, claim they oppress them, harass them, spread misinformation about them and go as far as to have an almost cultish behavior tricking naive young cis girls who don’t know any better.

I feel like anyone who claims they hate terfs and then turns around and attempts to compare them to other groups, really need to step back and think to themselves exactly WHY they hate terfs so much and if they really think they understand that they’re a unique group of demons who enjoy being transmisogynists .
