I don’t get those ~alternate~ stories about nazis or the confederate winning. its always done as if racism, white supremacy, anti semitism isn’t alive. and shoves in many false equivalences, white liberal myths. and then when it comes to the more blatant forms of oppression, like chattel slavery, its always obvious its clearly rooted in, on some form of abuse porn. lets just carelessly handle this really tragic topic for our own amusement ignoring how it harms people who’s ancestors endured this tragedy, that they’re still recovering from, because their oppression still exist (in a new form if not much of the same).
