Misgendering / deadnaming a trans person because you don’t like them as a person is extremely transphobic. 

Even if your reason for not liking them has nothing to do with them being trans. Even if you have very valid reasons to dislike them. Even if they’re the biggest shit stain upon the earth. 

It doesn’t matter. 

What you are saying to all trans people is, our genders are a privilege to be given or taken away; that you don’t respect any of us and you are only choosing to humor us on the condition that we don’t cross you.
