So the people that lived upstairs from us had too many people in the room and generated so much trash that they began stuffing it in the hot water closet and knocked a pipe loose causing water to leak down into our unit and into my closet , causing all of my clothes to become moldy. Now I have to replace everything I own and do not have the funds to do so.Anythning would be appreciated.
