Beauty is not synonymous with worth.. so when people say a woman doesn’t deserve to be cheated on (or abused or mistreated) because she’s pretty, what they’re really saying is somebody less worthy (a.k.a. somebody not as beautiful or conventionally attractive) is more deserving of such treatment and there lies the issue.

Pay attention to how racism, colorism, transphobia, and fatphobia come into play when this happens and then speak the fuck up.
