Let you guys in on a little secret: it’s very easy to tell Chinese, Japanese, Korean languages apart from each other if you gave it the teeniest bit of effort

They don’t even sound like each other

you don’t even have to be fluent in one of those languages to know they are different, you just have to not dismiss them as “po-tay-to po-tah-to”

if i learned to tell apart spanish and french and english and y’all use the same
