I think you’re sort of… missing the point when Trump does something against immigrants (like ending DACA) and you say “he’s only doing this because Obama did it,” or “he’s only doing it because the Democrats are for it,” etc.

I hear this response a lot and I think you’re really downplaying the absolute hatred that Trump and his base has for immigrants. Like listen to what he says about immigrants and how he says it, this is MUCH more than a grudge against Obama/Dems.
