how to report pedos who talk openly about their danger to children or simulated CP involving visibly underage characters (FBI will handle real CP at tips.fbi.gov).

3. choose “harm to minors”
4. fill out the post url (choose several offending posts to have the most impact, just putting the blog url does next to nothing) and explain the damaging content
5. don’t spam them with the same report, get other people to report it
tumblr drops the ball on this a lot but it is worth it to try.
important addition: staff deals faster with any images that involve gore, mutilation, bestiality, or necrophilia for some reason, it’s in the TOS, so if the blog includes that, i highly recommend this alternative approach as well:
