  • Have you taken care of your animals?
  • Have you done your laundry?
  • Have you taken your meds?
  • Have you brushed your hair at all?
  • Have you checked the mail?
  • Have you paid your bills?
  • Have you eaten at least once today?
  • Have you kept hydrated?

It’s okay to take time off to relax and care for yourself, but remember to do the important self care things. Not all self care is blankets and hot cocoa.
