I made a dumb choice and now I’m paying for it

Hi!  I really need help.  I made some stupid choices some months ago, and now they are biting me in the butt!  I recently received a letter in the mail essentially telling me that if I did not pay the amount specified, the credit company would (most likely) escalate my debt to the legal level: aka, they’d probably bring me to court.  Which I can’t afford.

I need about $700 usd.  Which is a lot.

In about 10 days.

I made mistakes, and I should be paying for them myself, but I can’t.  I can’t ask my family for that kind of money, and there’s no way I can come up with that myself.  In the next few days, I should have about $100 coming in, which will help, but it’s obvs not enough.

I never like to ask for help, but I’m seriously scared.  Please help me.
