It’s based on a weird stupid conspiracy theory. A guy named David Icke has a theory that the world governments are run by lizard people. Some people theorized that he was talking about jews. No, no he literally meant lizard people. Eight foot tall extraterrestrial lizardmen who drink blood. He also believes that humanity is actually a race of hybrids engineered by the illuminati.

I mean, he might also be antisemitic, but tbh the guy is just a big ol’ ball of crazy, and it’s hard to tell where one crazy conspiracy ends and another begins.

David Icke is a known antisemite who subscribes to the “Jewish people control the world” conspiracy theory and believes in “The Protocols of the Elders of Zion,” a notorious antisemitic forgery from the 1800s that accuses the Jewish people of plotting to achieve world domination. this is literally available on his Wikipedia page
