Being cheerful is not unmasculine. Being kind is not unmasculine. Being passionate is not unmasculine.
Being emotional is not unmasculine. Talking about your problems is not unmasculine. Needing help is not unmasculine. Masculinity should not equate to stoicism. People should not have to feel afraid or ashamed of appearing vulnerable.

i understand that my friends don’t wanna talk every day. i understand that my s/o doesn’t wanna be lovey dovey and super indulgent every day. lots of people need rest from performative emotions. all people need rest in general! it’s okay!! it doesn’t mean they don’t love me!! it’s not a judgement or punishment!! they deserve to take their rest, and they deserve for me to treat their needs with respect!
“so I suggest you talk to that bitch with the wig on”

I’m quite fond of black cats tbh
They’re so pretty. And they like look cool. And like effortlessly match the decor of any home.
please don’t spread videos of idols at jonghyuns funeral

Also, I don’t think it is a coincidence that people discuss the oversaturation of colleges and graduate school at the exact moment when people of color have access to higher education at a rate never before heard of in the U.S. There’s such a push back against black people making any kind of economic progress which is why our wealth has been systematically deteriorating since the 70s.
