the weird thing about homophobic people is that you can have 100 kid shows about a girl having her first boy crush and first kiss and its just a regular show for kids

and then you have 1 kid show with a gay boy getting his first boy crush and first kiss and suddenly it’s “sexualizing” “adult-oriented” “not for kids” except its a kid show…. for kids…. some kids are gay. you heard it here folks! when i was a kid i was as gay as i am now

if my 12 year old self saw a tv show with a gay boy character around my age i probably wouldnt have been so ashamed
